Alex Leider is a former Green Beret, Harvard MBA, and seasoned small business operator. Born and raised in Seattle, Alex spent a decade in the U.S. Army leading elite teams in high-stakes environments. After earning his MBA from Harvard, he served as Vice President at Brightleaf Holdings, where he led acquisitions and drove operational growth across a portfolio of service businesses. He founded A7 to acquire and operate one great company with discipline, humility, and purpose — guided by values and grounded in service.
